Coordination Drawings

HVAC ductwork is drawn in 3D following the provided mechanical layout. All duct routing constraints will be evaluated, and ductwork will be rerouted to ensure that what is designed on paper can be built in the field.

The exact placement of VAVs, TAUs, EFs, and AC units with required access areas.

Placement of registers and grilles.

Record drawings are included if requested.

IFC, DWG, and/or PDF files provided to be used with AutoCAD, Revit, or any other BIM software which uses the IFC model platform.
Shop Drawings

HVAC shop drawings are drawn to SMACNA Standards.

Dimensions showing ductwork and gridline relationship (or wall relationship as required)

All HVAC Shop Drawing ductwork will show size, length of each piece, top and bottom elevations. Fittings will show throat lengths, amount of rise or fall, and amount of offset.

Riser duct will be shown if needed. The shaft duct will be detailed.
